How does Zeros pricing work?

Zeros costs $9 per user per month when billed annually and $12 per user per month when billed monthly, with a minimum of 3 users and a maximum of 10 users per account. The price of Zeros Business is $19 per user per month when billed annually and $24 when billed monthly, with a minimum of 3 users per account. Enterprise-level costs $27 per user per month when billed annually and $36 per user per month when billed monthly, with a minimum of 10 users per account.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can purchase Zeros with any major credit card. Annual and Monthly subscriptions purchases must be paid for by credit card.

We need to change the number of people in our team. How will that work?

You’ll be able to add or remove teammates at any time, even before changing your subscription. Once you have updated the people in your team, we automatically correct your subscription to match your current usage. When you update your subscription, the change will take effect immediately, and a prorated charge or credit will be applied to your account.

How secure is Zeros?

Zeros is our first priority is protecting the data you trust. Zeros uses physical, procedural, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information. We regularly back up your data to prevent data loss and aid in recovery. Additionally, we host data in secure SSAE 16 / SOC2 certified data centers, implement firewalls and access restrictions on our servers to better protect your information, and work with third party security researchers to ensure our practices are secure.

Should I upgrade my organization or my team?

Upgrade your entire Organization if you want administrators for your company and plus package features for all Teams. Upgrade just one Team if you don’t need administrators or plus features for all Teams, but want to add more Guests to that Team, want per-dashboard permissions in that Team, or the option to hide that Team from other Organization Members.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Yes. We will apply state and local sales tax based on your billing address to your total charge.

Is there an on-premises version of Zeros?

We are passionate about the web and do not plan to offer an internally hosted version of Zeros.

Does Zeros offer a discount for nonprofits?

Zeros is happy to offer eligible nonprofit organizations a discount on an Zeros Plus or Zeros Business annual plan. Contact Sales for more information.

How do I cancel my Zeros subscription or trial?

It’s easy to cancel your subscription. To cancel a paid plan, log in to the Zeros account you wish to cancel, click your profile photo from the right of the top bar, select Admin console, navigate to the Billing tab, and then select Cancel Plan. Only a billing owner of a paid account may cancel a paid plan. To cancel a trial, follow the same steps, and click Cancel trial. You can cancel at any time during the 30-day trial period. If you cancel on or before your trial expiration date, your account will not be charged. After canceling, when you reach your plan renewal or trial expiration date, you will then be able to continue to use Zeros Standard.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
